Food Service
Our district is committed to providing every student with the tools they need to succeed, including nutritious meals they can enjoy. We have been approved for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), a meal program option offered by the United States Agricultural Department (USDA) that allows us to serve school breakfast and lunch at no charge to all enrolled students, regardless of financial condition.
Help us ensure our meal program is a success!
Remind and encourage your child to take advantage of this opportunity and grab a school breakfast and lunch every single school day.
Parent may be asked to complete a Household Information Survey for Title 1 and 31a Benefits. Failure to complete the survey will take away from educational programs. Surveys will be sent home the first week of school. Please return the completed survey to you child’s school asap, one survey per family household.
Students can achieve their best performance by combining good nutrition with physical activity. Two of the most Important factors that lead to a healthy lifestyle are choosing a healthy diet and being physically fit. When your student's nutritional needs are met it is easier to focus and learn. When they are physically fit they are more alert, more positive and enjoy a better quality of life.

Summer Food Service Program: Free Summer Meals
The SFSP was created to ensure that children in lower-income areas could continue to receive nutritious meals during long school vacations, when they do not have access to the National School Lunch or School Breakfast Programs. Use the SFSP site locator to find a SFSP site near you. Click here for the Michigan Department of Education’s Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) site locator.
