The Great Labne Trade 

The Great Labne Trade Event was a great opportunity where the author Eman Saleh came in and read her book "The Great Labne Trade" a book that is beautifully written and illustrated, and teaches students valuable lessons like entrepreneurship, problem solving, resisting peer pressure, and being proud of your heritage! The event was followed by a labne breakfast the following morning where students were able to make their own labne sandwich.
