• Riverside MS: Designing parking lot traffic flow.

• Crestwood HS: Initial planning for field house, fields, and classroom addition.

Abatement (Summer 2025):

• Hillcrest, Highview, and Kinloch Elementary Schools prepared for renovations.

Project Timeline:

• Phase 1 (Late Summer 2025 - Fall 2026): Elementary and playground projects; Riverside MS parking expansion.

• Phase 2 (Fall 2026 - Fall 2029): Middle and high school additions and renovations.

• Phase 3 (Fall 2027 - 2028): Early Childhood Center and Transportation Building.
